i used to go to hair cuttery, becaue its cheap, but the past few times have just been pretty bad. usually i only get my hair cut once a year anyways, so i figured its cheap whatever, but the last time i went they cut off almost 6inchs more than i wanted and it was uneven (one side was almost an inch longer!), the time before that it was just a blah haircut. i've gotten 2 perms over the past 10 years or so that have fallen out within a week. the worst experience i had there was in highschool (8 years ago), i had a really cute pixie cut with the front longer (almost to my chin) and i went to have it evened up and they shaved my head! i cant deal with going there anymore. i gave them more than enough chances. i once tried going to charles russel, but theirs really wasnt any better. i've lived with pony tails long enough.
i dont want to spend $100 on a haircut but i feel like i have no other options. where can i get a good haircut? someone who knows what they are doing?
