i just got a really bad hair cut. Showed the lady what i wanted in a picture and she screwed it ALL up! im using garnier long and strong shampoo plus the leave in conditioner and taking prenatle vitamins...is there anything else i can be doing to grow this mess out???

Ok those first two answers are just stupid. Try taking gelatin in capsule form. You can get it at Walmart or any Pharmacy. It's just basically concentrated jello in a pill. It will make your hair and nails grow stronger and longer.
