I think that you would look best with something short and choppy and side bangs I also think of you parents would let you, you should get honey colored highlights here are som pics for ideas

i have gone through good and bad haircuts, with the same length as yr hair.

yr hair is super cute, it vjust matters by what yr going for.. scene?curly?straight?modern?

i think u should get it just a little shorter than it is, then u can curl it and flip it out, that would be really cute... and mayb sum layers
