Alright. He got it cut like skaterboy hair style cut, kinda long. %26amp;%26amp;then his little sister chopped some of it while he was sleeping %26amp;%26amp;messed it up!!! So his other sister tried to fix it but now he looks like Johney Depps hair from willy wonka in the chocolate factory. %26amp;%26amp;he is freaking out! i wanna know how to fix it without shaving his hair off %26amp;%26amp;keeping his hair long!!

I think you could fix it if you went to a professional, or if you are desperate for a cheap way, you could snip it vertically, if you've ever seen hair stylists do it, make sure its layered.
