Hair cut suggestions? Medium/Fine - Middle of Back Long?

I have been wearing it the same way for ever....some variety of the jennifer aniston hair cut, y'know, layers around the face....

I like it...but need something new....whats considered new?

I dont want to lose the lengh - its near the middle of my back - but the front needs something....
