theres not alot u can do with short hair to be honest, i have the same trouble but it looks cute if u twist back the front pieces of hair and clip it, or a half pony tail (depending on how short ur bob is) u can curl it and that looks cute- either mousse or curling tongs???

flick it out and the ends just one the one side thats funky........or straighten it up and apply some fibre putty so its styled in a faux hawk xxxx

use mousse when your hair is wet and then hang your head upside down and blow dry it with a big round brush then once it is dry put a tiny bit of mousse on your fingertips and then get the top layer and scrunch it up and mess about with it and see how it lands that is what i done and it was fine !!

You could:

Curl it

Pin the front back and then tease it up at the crown

Do a side part and straighten it pin-straight

Put a single or a few of funky looking barrettes in it

Do a little braid around the front near your face to jazz it up

If it still not working for you, you can always play with the color. Do an all over color or get some highlights and it will freshen the look of the cut.
