New hair cut (hairstyle) suggestions?

I am getting my haircut today and I need a new style! I dont have much to work with (1-3 inches past my sholders). I have really waves hair so if I get it cut too short then it will b a puff ball lol. I am really open to anything so please aml some suggestions and a pic would be great! 10 points for best answer

U can get it cut short if u want to! Just use a straightener. I have really wavy hair too but i just straighten it and it's fine. Here's some pics of short hair:

Its not that high mantence. Its juse you blow dry it and strighten it everyday

bobs are big this year, and although you said your hair's wavy, you could get a long one the way i did, which is just lower than your jawline, with lots of short layers around the back for a bit of volume, but this will also make very thick hair look slightly thinner.

ask for a mid-length bob, with choppy layers everywhere and softer layers to shape around your face.

i think you should also get a side-fringe, ask for a deep one (this is just how much of your hair they use for it), with layers and shaped at the edges for a subtler finish
